Home Page Heading: The meetings programme of talks for 2023-24 continued with our AGM and a fascinating talk from Stephen Bird on the painter Hardwick and his curious view of Weston. We conclude the year with two visits in May and June, led by Dr Amy Frost, the first to Goodridge's Elim Pentecostal Church in Charlotte Street, the second to Beckford's Tower to look at the newly completed work on the tower (scaffolding now removed).

Meeting Message: N.B. Our meeting are normally held at St. Mary's Church Hall, Bathwick Hill, and we welcome both our members and visitors to the meetings. We are exploring the possibility of videoing our meetings so that those who are unable to attend may view our talks online after the event. Sometimes certain elements will grow and shrink to fit the image that is contained so it is advisable, if you want to keep the formatting looking nice to make sure that all the images in a particular section have fairly similar ratios between the height and the width.

All links are images that 100 x 100 in size to keep the carousel looking nice. If you put an image that was 100 x 150 then the carousel would grow larger to accommodate the other image but it wouldn't look so nice. So it is advisable to keep the aspect ratio the same.
